Chicken Caesar Wraps

I love these easy wraps.   They are another fun dish to serve at baby showers, picnics or just for a light lunch or dinner.  During the summer I like to make meals that don't use the oven very much, so these are perfect. Add some fruit and you have a great meal.

For this recipe you will need; romaine lettuce, chicken, Parmesan, croutons, Caesar dressing and large tortillas.  If you want to make this really easy, you could just buy one of the Caesar salad kits at the grocery store and add some cooked chicken.

Mix the salad ingredients together in a large mixing bowl and toss with the dressing.

Spread about 3/4- 1 c. of the salad in the middle of the tortilla.

Fold up the tortilla. You can leave them whole like this or cut them in half.

Enjoy!
