We love meatballs and we make several different types. But this stuffed meatball recipe is a good classic to go with your favorite pasta and spaghetti sauce.
Mix the breadcrumbs, onion, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
Add the egg and Worcestershire sauce. My toddler loves to help and so this step was great to have her help mix it.
Add the ground beef and then roll into about 12 balls, you can do more or less depending on the size you want them.
Flatten the ball outs and then clump about 1-2 Tb spoons of cheese into the middle of the flatten ball. Bring up the sides of the meatball and seal the ball so no cheese can be seen. We place the meatballs on aluminum foil for easy clean up.
Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes. Serve with your favorite red sauce and spaghetti.
